Travel2Africa in association with Tourist Guide Institute, offers both full time and online courses to individuals who want to become registered tour guides and/or tour operators in South Africa.

Tourist Guide Institute has been training tourist guides in South Africa since 1992. The company is accredited with Cathsseta, a South African Seta that covers the Culture, Arts , Tourism and Hospitality sections of the economy. The company has been owned and managed by Scott and Julie Womack since 2013. Both Scott and Julie have educational backgrounds having taught for many years in private and government schools in South Africa. Scott and Julie are both registered tourist guides and tour operators with an educational tour company called All Africa Tours.

We are the oldest and most experienced tour guide training institution in Cape Town.
